Repair Service Steps
1. Download our repair check-in form and fill out the necessary information.
2. Fill out the contact form on this page and upload the repair check-in form. You can check out our calendar below to see available times for drop off.
3. Print out your repair check-in form and bring it later when you drop off your computer.
After submitting the contact form, we will get back to you within 24 hours during our business days (Monday to Friday) with a confirmation of your scheduled appointment.
Stop by our office on the 16th floor of the Interstate Building (#1653) to drop off your machine (with your repair check-in form). Due to the ongoing pandemic and delayed shipping of parts, current turnaround times can be up to two weeks.
Note: We do not validate parking, although there is a 15 minute grace period for visitor parking.
